  • "From our first call with Abby we could see the light at the end of the long, sleepless tunnel. The sleep education she provided gave us a realistic and positive framework for what to expect. We appreciated that Abby got to know us and baby, and provided a personalized plan that matched her developmental needs and our sleep goals as a family. She was communicative and encouraging every step of the way, with a listening ear and helpful guidance, making recommendations and adjustments with us as needed. While Abby may not have a magic wand, her expertise with infants and her patience with their sleep deprived caregivers is the next best thing you could ask for! Her support in person and virtual has been invaluable and we’re so proud of our baby and the sleep skills she’s developed. As a new parent the content and pressure around sleep is overwhelming. The relief of knowing we could tune out that noise and reach out to Abby was such a breath of fresh air and such a relief! We know that with any bumps in the road sleep-wise she will always be our first call-and our first recommendation to any parents struggling with sleep."

  • "I had the privilege of working with Abby during what was unfortunately a harrowing postpartum time with my second child. Abby provided an immediate sense of relief, calm and comfort - putting our entire family at ease with her natural ability to care for our son, but even more, to support us during an emotionally trying and complex time. Abby is knowledgeable, has a magic touch with babies, she is well-connected to helpful resources and is flexible, yet insightful in her approach. I would hands down recommend Abby to anyone looking for doula or sleep support!"

  • "My husband and I hired Abby to help our 5 month old daughter sleep better overnight as we were struggling with her waking every 1-2 hours overnight for months. Abby is a miracle worker! Her advice from the beginning before we even started her sleep training journey (or sleep learning as Abby likes to call it) to help us with her schedule helped tremendously so my daughter no longer fought her naps. Abby’s plan was tailored to my daughter, and she was sleeping longer stretches overnight within a few days. I was amazed! Abby's plan for my daughter was very straightforward and we were able to discuss it a few times for any questions I had. She also never pressured me or advised me to do anything I was uncomfortable with and told us to stay consistent and it truly did work! Abby was available for every question we had as my daughter was learning and gave great advice if something in her schedule was off or needed adjusting during the day. That was the biggest benefit to help my daughter stay on track! My daughter now goes to bed in her crib awake with no crying and falls asleep within 5-10 minutes. Our lives have changed for the better ever since working with Abby and I am so grateful we hired her to help us as first-time parents. Her advice is invaluable and it’s the best money I have ever spent on my daughter and family!"

  • "Abby has been such a big help to my growing little family over the past few months! As a first time mom, she made bringing my newborn home less stressful by providing expert guidance and suggestions for setting up his nursery and getting things in order before his arrival. After he was born, she provided ongoing support - patiently answering all of my questions, helping with baby care, laundry, and dishes, supporting me with breastfeeding, and providing a listening ear when new motherhood felt stressful. Now that my son is almost four months old, we are preparing to say goodbye to Abby as our postpartum doula, but we will miss her! She always brings a smile to my son's face when she arrives, and I feel confident and comfortable leaving him in her care so I can take a nap or shower, go grocery shopping, or catch up on other things that need to get done. She is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, knowledgeable in all things baby and postpartum, and a kind, sweet soul who cares deeply about her work with babies and new moms. Hiring Abby was one of the best things I did to prepare for my postpartum journey. Her care and support made the entire experience so much more calm, joyful, and happy than I could have hoped for!"

  • "Through 14 months, our child had slept through the night and in his own bed only once. After we consulted with Abby, our son has slept through the night in his own bed for going on two weeks now. Abby is truly a miracle worker! Prior to talking with her I always thought that there was only one way of sleep training (which involved having your baby cry it out and was not something I was interested in doing). When my child turned one, they still weren’t sleeping through the night. What used to work for us suddenly started to not, they were fighting bedtime/naps more and it was then that I knew I needed to reach out to Abby. The whole experience of working with her was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and put all of my nerves at ease. Abby carefully crafted a plan that was tailored to my family’s needs. Since starting the plan, naps and bedtime have been so much better! My child is learning the skills to fall asleep without the risk of losing our secure attachment. Thanks to Abby, we all are getting a better nights sleep. She is an invaluable resource and someone every parent needs in their corner."

  • "Me and my husband recently had our baby in early Sept 2024, and had hired a traditional chinese doula to take care of me during the 40 day confinement. However, we wanted to have Abby help us with the more modern and up-to-date learnings as well as sleep training. Abby was attentive and always asked how we were doing as well as if there was anything we could do to help. Her gentle and accepting method of instructing us helped induce confidence that what we were doing was right for our baby and if there were any uncertainty in our thoughts that we were free to reach out to her. There were some scheduling acrobats we had to do due to having our traditional doula and Abby was more than happy to accommodate and work with our schedule. Abby offers classes for sleep training, and at the end of ours she provided a sleep plan for our baby. The sleep plan was thorough and covered the ages for our baby up to 3+ years, so we didn't feel like it was lacking. It was clear and provided simple focuses for us. Thank you Abby!"

  • "I engaged Abby for sleep consultant services after my 15 month old, who we had rocked / fed to sleep every need, started really struggling and having a hard time going to bed and 2 hour wake ups in the middle of the night. Abbey took such a gentle approach and understand my hesitancy to sleep train - I am very responsive to my son and didn't want to use cry it out methods. Abbey heard our issues and concerns, and put together a comprehensive plan for us that was tailored to our sons unique needs. When we started the process, I would text Abbey throughout. She gave me the support I needed to stick with the plan, even when my son was having a really hard time. I felt like I was giving him the support he needed while teaching him the skills to go to sleep. Abbey was so empathetic to how hard this can be! We would text throughout the evening and then she always checked in with me in the morning. Now 2 weeks later he is going to sleep on his own in his crib and sleeping 12 hours! He's so much more well rested and so happier, and I have so much less anxiety around bedtime. I'm so thankful for Abbeys support and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a gentle / attachment-centered approach to sleep training!"

  • " You often hear about labor and deliver doulas, but less often do you hear about a postpartum doula. As new parents, we found this to be exceptionally helpful while finding our daily rhythm as new parents. As a new mother, I found it to be the extra layer of support and care I needed to feel at peace amongst big change, while also physically healing from delivery. Abby is nurturing in her approach as a doula, and a resourceful wealth of knowledge. She leans in with compassion, she stays curious, and truly advocates for momma and baby. Abby never pushes agenda, she provides helpful insight and leaves you feeling understood. She is a treasure to have around and in your corner! You will find yourself parting with a new best friend as well.. ??"

  • "I'll admit I was leary to hire a sleep coach at first, as I wasn't in love with the idea of sleep training or what I knew of it. Before I signed up to work with Abby, we messaged back and forth and she explained to me that she works with a science based approach and she'd be there along the way. I bit the bullet and signed up to work with Abby to hopefully help myself, my partner and my son get more quality sleep and make naps and night time sleep more restful and relaxing for all of us. As a first time parents, my partner and I didn't know what was normal for our 4 month old in regards to his sleep patterns. Almost every day he'd have false starts, was really dependent on his binky, needed to be rocked to sleep, and most days would wake up at 4 or 5am, and not go back to sleep in his crib and this didn't seem sustainable. We set up a Zoom call with Abby and we sent over our sleep consultant intake form. I was anxious and still a bit hesitant but as soon as I met with Abby, most of my anxiety went away. She was kind, caring, gentle, a great listener and gave sound advice. She really heard what my partner and I were wanting and offered sustainable solutions. She came up with a sleep plan and we set a date to start. I was nervous and unsure if her sleep plan would work in real life, however I was pleasantly surprised that the small changes Abby suggested were really very successful with our son. The changes we made were not harsh, they were gentle and guided by love. Abby was there every step along the way. She was available for us and checked in via text throughout the first few days of implementing the sleep plan an we had another Zoom call to check in. Abby answered all of our questions with confidence and caring wisdom and I could really tell she had lots of experience with babies. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to work with Abby, she was an amazing fit for my family and I'd highly recommend her to anyone. She really cares!"

  • "Abby is thoughtful, kind, and patient - she's the kind of support system every parent deserves. She makes me feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her patience and gentle presence brought so much peace to our home! She's the best!"

  • "I highly recommend Abby to anyone looking to sleep train their baby! She provided us with a detailed, customized sleep plan and thorough email support, but more importantly, her in-person guidance was invaluable in helping us implement the plan effectively. I specifically wanted a sleep coach who practices gentle sleep training and spoke with a few before deciding on Abby. I'm so glad we chose her! She did an incredible job guiding us through the process of sleep training our 6-month-old baby boy. One key takeaway from working with Abby is that commitment and consistency are essential for sleep training to work—just as she emphasizes. In our case, it took 2–3 weeks to see results. After the 4-month sleep regression, our baby started waking up 4–5 times a night, falling asleep while nursing, and co-sleeping with us. My husband and I were completely sleep-deprived and decided to seek professional help. Our goal was to reduce nighttime wakings and teach our baby to sleep independently. I wanted a sleep coach who could either visit us in person or do a live remote session for one night so we could learn firsthand. Abby accommodated us on short notice and spent a night with us in person. She guided us through every step, explaining our baby’s behavior, teaching us how to respond, and providing logical explanations for what was happening and what needed to change. Her follow-up email support was also outstanding. Over the two weeks, she provided detailed email guidance—far more than I expected. When I faced challenges, she offered actionable feedback to keep us moving forward. When I felt exhausted, she prioritized key actions, helped me let go of less important details, and motivated me with her encouraging words. Abby is a fantastic sleep coach—just go for it!"

  • "Having Abby as our nanny during our daughter's first year and a half was an absolute blessing. From day one, she brought warmth, expertise, and a nurturing presence into our home. Especially during those early transformative months of uncertainty and anxiety, with her deep understanding of infant care, gentle approach, and unwavering patience, she was able to give us peace of mind as new parents. Beyond her diverse skillset to help raise our daughter and help her in meeting all milestones, it was clear that Abby has a true calling and gift for supporting families. Her ability to anticipate both our baby's needs and our own was invaluable, making the transition into parenthood so much smoother (and far less daunting). As she steps into her full-time role as a doula, I have no doubt she will continue to positively impact families with her compassion, wisdom, and calm presence. I wholeheartedly recommend Abby to any family looking for an experienced, nurturing, and knowledgeable support person during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She is truly one of a kind and we are so thankful for her!"
