Whether you're struggling with frequent night wakings, inconsistent naps, or simply want extra help getting your baby on a sleep schedule, I’m here to offer hands-on guidance. I’ll support you in person, right in your home, so you feel confident implementing your sleep plan and making adjustments as needed.
Sleep Doula Support: Hands-On Help for Your Baby’s Sleep
If you're looking for in-person support to better understand and improve your baby’s sleep, a Sleep Doula shift is the perfect option. This service combines education, observation, and hands-on support to help you feel more confident in your baby’s sleep needs and routines.
During our time together, I’ll observe your baby’s sleep patterns, help you recognize sleepy cues, assist with soothing techniques, and guide you in establishing a bedtime or nap routine that works for your family. I’ll also be there to answer any sleep-related questions and provide reassurance every step of the way.
This service is especially beneficial for babies under 6 months or families who prefer a gentle, gradual approach tailored to their baby’s unique temperament, skills, and development. Every baby—and every family—has different sleep goals, and these shifts give us the opportunity to create a plan that is both realistic and attainable.
Whether you're working toward helping your baby nap in their bassinet, fine-tuning a bedtime routine, catching sleepy cues at just the right time, or simply needing a supportive space to talk through your challenges, I’ll be there to help. I’ll also keep an eye out for signs that your baby may be ready for gentle sleep learning so we can take even bigger steps toward better sleep for the whole family as soon as possible.
How It Works
🍼 Personalized Support: A tailored approach based on your baby’s unique needs and your family’s sleep goals.
⏳ Flexible Scheduling: Shifts are 4-6 hours long and can be booked individually as my availability allows.
💤 Education, Observation & Hands-On Support: Learn about infant sleep, get real-time guidance, and practice gentle techniques that fit your baby’s development.

Investment: $65 per hour between the hours of 7am and 7pm. $70 per hour between 7pm and 7am.
