Baby Got Bedtime 〰️
Being a parent is amazing… but it also has it’s challenges. The one I hear about most often? SLEEP!
Sleep is a physiological human need (for both adults and babies!) and when you aren’t getting the quality or quantity that feels right to you, things can feel VERY rough.
Of course, your #1 priority is your baby’s wellbeing, but did you know that your baby’s wellbeing is directly related to YOUR wellbeing?!
That’s right, parental mental health is one of the most important factors in a child’s ability thrive. And you know what is highly correlated with an increased risk for postpartum mental health challenges?
Sleep deprivation!
In order to take care of your baby, you need to take care of yourself. One of the best ways to do this is to prioritize your sleep.
HOWEVER…
That does NOT mean that you need to compromise your child’s secure attachment, your responsiveness to your child’s needs, or give up the goals you set for yourself heading into parenthood.
Feeling sleep deprived?
Let’s Fix That…

Why sleep counseling?
I refer to the sleep work I do with clients as counseling because I feel the word best embodies the support that I am here to offer. We work 1-on-1 to come up with solutions TOGETHER that meet your individual needs and desires. There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, every baby and every family has unique needs. I will never shame or judge you for your choices or feelings while I work to understand your family, baby, and goals. Experiencing the exhaustion that comes with sleep challenges and implementing changes can be an emotional time, so I act not only as your guide, but also as your safe space to feel and express whatever emotions you feel, and work through finding solutions that feel in line with your parenting style, sleep goals, and needs.
