    • 1-hour intake call via Zoom to get to know your family, current struggles, goals, and values.

    • A personalized, custom sleep plan tailored to your baby’s specific needs.

    • Three 30-minute follow-up Zoom calls to ensure you feel confident in the plan and supported throughout the process.

    • Unlimited email support during implementation of your plan (up to 2 weeks)

    • Six additional email exchanges for any follow-up questions that arise after 2 weeks.

    • Access to PDFs/Videos for troubleshooting future obstacles such as travel, illness, dropping naps, etc.

  • In addition to the Baby Got Bedtime Sleep package, I offer a Remote-Live Support as an add-on option for those who feel they need more “in the moment” support!

    How it Works:

    • You can book shifts (minimum 2 hours, maximum 12 hours) where I will be on-call for you. 

    • During the hours booked, I will leave my phone/volume on at all times and be available to you by phone call and text whenever you need my immediate support.

    • If you have a smart monitor, you can grant me temporary access so that I can see how baby is responding and offer tips in real time. (If you are local and do not have a smart monitor but are interested in this, you can rent one from me!)

    • This can be booked for bedtime support (2 hours), half nights (4-6 hours from bedtime through midnight, this usually gets you through the first wakeup of the night), or full nights (8-12 hours).

    • Investment: $60 per hour (2 hour minimum)

    I find that babies respond best to sleep changes when there is not a stranger/new person in the home so that dynamics feel normal. This remote option gives me the ability to support you in real time without disrupting family dynamics or baby’s environment!

  • While most families need more than just a one-off call, former clients or parents who have sleep mostly under control may simply benefit from a la carte Zoom calls for troubleshooting!

    These calls do not come with a written sleep plan or follow up support, so for those looking to make big, long lasting changes to their baby’s sleep, I suggest the Baby Got Bedtime package.

    Potential topics these calls could be helpful for include: dropping a nap, getting back on track after illness or travel, etc.
