About Me
Hi there! I’m Abby, your go-to support system for everything baby sleep and beyond! I’ve spent over a decade working with children and families, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and joys of early parenthood.
Through my years of experience, I’ve worked with children of all ages and temperaments and supported families with different parenting styles and routines. This has given me a deep appreciation for how unique every child and family is—and how important it is to offer personalized support that meets your individual needs.
I specialize in tailored, evidence-based sleep support that works for the whole family. The world of baby sleep can feel overwhelming and filled with conflicting advice, but I’m here to simplify it and offer a balanced approach. Baby sleep support should honor your baby’s developmental needs and attachment while also prioritizing your well-being as a parent. I don’t rely on traditional sleep training methods that often overlook attachment, nor do I believe you should have to sacrifice your mental health to improve sleep. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for your family in a way that feels good for everyone.
As a “Sleep Doula,” I’m here to support you every step of the way. I’ll get to know your values, routines, struggles, and goals to craft a customized plan that works for your family. Think of me as your cheerleader, educator, shoulder to lean on, and friend as you navigate this journey.
I live in Seattle, WA, with my fiancé and our crazy dog, Griffey. I offer in-person services to families in King and Snohomish counties and virtual support to families nationwide.

“FROM THE MOMENT YOU MEET ABBY YOU CAN SEE HOW PERFECT SHE IS AS A “PARENT DOULA.” SHE IS CALM AND CARING WITH A WARM PRESENCE- THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT WHEN CARING FOR MOTHERS AND CHILDREN. ABBY LISTENS TO YOUR NEEDS AND QUESTIONS FIRST AND THEN IS ABLE TO PROVIDE ANSWERS AND SUPPORT THAT MAKE YOU FEEL HEARD AND ENCOURAGED. SHE IS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT SHE DOES, AND IT SHOWS."

"MY HUSBAND AND I WORKED WITH ABBY FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR, SHORTLY AFTER OUR FIRST CHILD WAS BORN. SHE WAS AN ENERGETIC, COMPASSIONATE, RESPONSIBLE, AND LOVING CAREGIVER WHO TRULY ENJOYS CHILDREN. ABBY COMES WITH A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENTAL MILESTONES THAT WAS HELPFUL FOR US AS FIRST TIME PARENTS (AND ME DURING MY POSTPARTUM RECOVERY). ABOVE ALL ELSE, OUR YOUNG DAUGHTER WAS ALWAYS WELL CARED FOR, SAFE, AND HAPPY TO BE WITH ABBY AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND HER DOULA SERVICES TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL POSTPARTUM SUPPORT PERSON AS THEY NAVIGATE THE OVERWHELMING EARLY DAYS OF PARENTHOOD."

You often hear about labor and deliver doulas, but less often do you hear about a postpartum doula. As new parents, we found this to be exceptionally helpful while finding our daily rhythm as new parents. As a new mother, I found it to be the extra layer of support and care I needed to feel at peace amongst big change, while also physically healing from delivery. Abby is nurturing in her approach as a doula, and a resourceful wealth of knowledge. She leans in with compassion, she stays curious, and truly advocates for momma and baby. Abby never pushes agenda, she provides helpful insight and leaves you feeling understood. She is a treasure to have around and in your corner! You will find yourself parting with a new best friend as well.. ??
