Support Breakdown

Daytime Postpartum Support
Every family’s needs are different, which is why no two shifts look the same. During daytime postpartum support, I’ll focus on:

  • Baby Care: Diapering, soothing, rocking, and creating a comforting environment for your little one.

  • Parent Care: Helping you prioritize your recovery by ensuring you’re fed, hydrated, and rested.

  • Parent Education: Guidance on baby care basics like diapering, soothing techniques, understanding baby cues, and creating a flexible routine that works for your family. This hands-on teaching helps build your confidence as a parent.

  • Feeding Support: Guidance with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or pumping, including troubleshooting challenges, offering tips to make feeding smoother, and referrals to lactation consultants.

  • Emotional Support: Providing a listening ear, reassurance, and encouragement as you navigate the ups and downs of early parenthood.

  • Light Household Assistance: Tackling small tasks like tidying up, meal prep, and sibling support to give you space to bond with your baby and focus on your well-being.
