Postpartum Doula Support
Tailored, personal support for the season after birth.
The early weeks with a new baby are full of joy, exhaustion, questions, and so many changes- for your baby and for you. You don’t need to do it all alone, and you shouldn’t have to figure everything out while running on cuddles and coffee.
As your postpartum doula, I offer grounded, personalized care that meets you exactly where you are — whether you're learning to swaddle for the first time, healing from birth, navigating feeding challenges, or simply needing someone to say, “You’re doing an amazing job.”
This is support that evolves with you, centered on trust, compassion, and flexibility.

The Heart of Postpartum Support
The postpartum period is a deeply important and intimate time for your family. Inviting someone into your home to guide and support you through this transition is a meaningful investment in the foundation of your family’s future. I’m here to help you soak in these important moments, and I consider it an honor to be welcomed into your home during this special time.
What these packages don’t show you is the heart behind the work. I’m deeply committed to supporting you and your baby — beyond the schedule or checklist. That means being a calm, nurturing presence when things feel overwhelming, offering reassurance and encouragement, tailoring my support to what your family truly needs day by day, and helping you build confidence as a parent.
My goal is to make this transition easier, gentler, and full of the care you deserve.
FAQs

A postpartum doula supports the whole family during those tender early weeks and months after baby arrives. That might look like helping with newborn care, offering emotional support, answering your questions, holding space for your experience, and making sure you have what you need to rest and recover. I’m here to care for you so you can care for your baby. Doula support isn’t one-size-fits-all, every family has different needs, values, dynamics, and experiences. As your doula, I am here to meet you where you’re at and support you in the way that feels good to YOU.

Postpartum support is more than just helping with the day-to-day, it’s about empowering you to feel confident and cared for as you navigate this new chapter. Parents hire postpartum doulas for a variety of reasons, here are a few of the most common:
Parents may be new to the world of babies & value guidance, education, and reassurance.
Doulas allow parents to prioritize rest & recovery after birth.
Having an extra set of hands to help with baby care, household tasks, etc. can reduce stress and overwhelm.
The calm presence of someone who is familiar with newborns, postpartum, and everything that comes with it can be comforting to nervous new parents.
Parents value having a trusted expert around to answer questions, provide resources, and offer referrals to other professionals.
Doulas are an unbiased safe space. Family support can be amazing, but it can also come with complicated feelings and dynamics. Doulas are there to provide judgement-free support that aligns with your values and parenting choices.

Unlike a nanny or sitter who is primarily focused on baby, a postpartum doula is focused on the entire family's well-being. I’m here to support your transition, answer questions, offer reassurance, and help you feel more confident and cared for. Doula support includes education, referrals, and emotional support as well as practical support, I don’t just “watch the baby”—I’m part of your village, walking alongside you through the ups and downs of new parenthood as a resource and confidante.

There are so many fantastic doulas out there (especially in the greater Seattle area!), it can be hard to choose! Most families consider a variety of factors when it comes to choosing a doula based on their own personal needs and preferences. I personally think the most important factor when choosing a doula is finding someone that you “click” with. Someone who makes you feel safe, heard, and cared for. Someone who you feel comfortable showing up as your most vulnerable self with. Experience and other factors are valuable, but the connection and trust you feel with someone should be #1.
Parents who choose to work with me tend to appreciate my calm and nurturing nature, friendly & positive personality, confidence around babies, sleep expertise, open-mindedness and open communication. You can read what previous clients have to say about working with me on the “Testimonials” tab at the top of the page.
Looking for a doula but don’t think we’re the right fit? No problem, I totally understand! Doula support isn’t one-size-fits-all and it is important to me that you are supported by the person who feels right to you. I love connecting with other birthworkers and would be happy to pass along the names of trusted colleagues who might feel like a better fit :)

I typically work with postpartum clients Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am and 4pm. I book clients on a first-come-first-serve basis, so my availability varies based on current bookings. Daytime postpartum shifts are typically between 4 and 6 hours long, 2-5 days per week.

This is a difficult decision for most families, as every birth, baby, and recovery are different and there are so many unknowns!
I typically work with one postpartum family at a time, which allows for flexibility to accommodate changing and unexpected needs. Many families find themselves wanting more support than they expected, so this approach allows the option of adding on more hours as needed.
To secure my services, I have a minimum booking requirement of 12 hours per week for 4 weeks+ weeks, or 10 hours per week for 8+ weeks. I work with clients 2-5 days per week for 4-6 hour shifts.

I’d be happy to answer your questions and can occasionally be flexible depending on your location.
